About the role
We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount for a 1‑year contract as a Senior Facilities Technical Officer. The role is based in Singapore (Eunos) and involves planned preventive maintenance, electrical and air‑conditioning troubleshooting, and general building upkeep.
Key responsibilities
- Perform planned preventive maintenance works as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and reinstate power supply, providing recommendations to prevent recurring issues.
- Troubleshoot air‑conditioning faults and restore systems to normal operation, recommending measures to avoid recurrence.
- Carry out repair and maintenance of burst water pipes, mechanical systems, medical gas systems and other facilities‑related equipment.
- Maintain accurate, complete and timely records of all maintenance activities.
- Coordinate and liaise with contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair works.
- Monitor maintenance activities, provide timely reports and updates, and coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth operations.
