Senior Finance Business Partner

About the role

Binance is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to lead the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing spend across multiple channels. You will work closely with Marketing, Data, Finance, and regional teams to ensure data‑driven decision‑making and optimal ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, planning, and performance evaluation for all marketing activities, including performance marketing, PR, branding, user campaigns, affiliates, KOLs, events and sponsorships.
• Analyze marketing investments, calculate ROI, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior executives.
• Partner with Accounting to guarantee accurate monthly financial reporting of marketing expenses.
• Provide data‑driven guidance to marketers on spend optimization, growth opportunities, and campaign performance.
• Manage complex datasets, ensure proper tracking and measurement, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with leaders across Marketing, Data, Regions, and Finance to solve challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardisation, simplification, and enhancements of reporting processes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance supporting a Marketing function, or a Marketing analytics role with a finance background at a large B2C internet company.
• Strong analytical problem‑solving skills with a track record of building complex financial or operating models.
• Proven ability to create executive‑level presentations and concise narratives that highlight key insights and next steps.
• Excellent business judgment and the capacity to ask the right questions when collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with AI tools or automation is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly identify and resolve potential road‑blocks.
