Senior Finance Executive – Full Set Accounting (SEA)

About the role

This senior finance position offers hands‑on responsibility for full‑set accounting across Southeast Asian markets, partnering directly with senior business leaders to drive financial accuracy and actionable insights in a fast‑moving consumer environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑set accounts including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations and month‑end close.
• Oversee cash flow, treasury and banking activities for regional entities.
• Prepare financial reports, audit schedules and statutory filings.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with commercial and sales teams on profitability and performance analysis.
• Transform SAP data into business‑focused insights and track performance across products, distributors and channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong commercial mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work independently and engage cross‑border stakeholders.
• Based in Singapore and reporting to the regional Finance Director.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, financial modelling, data analysis).
