Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst – Singapore

About the role

As a Finance Business Partner at TikTok, you will support the TikTok team in Singapore, aligning with global finance strategies and driving continued growth. The position involves financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and process optimisation across Asian markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct monthly and quarterly financial reviews, analyse variances, and prepare consolidated reports.
• Perform cost‑efficiency analyses for major items such as labour and staff‑related costs, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Optimise budgeting and forecasting models, enhance accuracy, efficiency and automation.
• Track and analyse financial performance, spotting trends and growth opportunities.
• Deliver in‑depth financial analyses and actionable business insights to senior leaders.
• Build and refine financial processes and related systems to strengthen risk controls.
• Support ad‑hoc projects and business needs as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partner or similar roles.
• Strong communication, logical reasoning, collaboration and critical‑thinking abilities.
• High sense of ownership, quick learning and adaptability to new challenges.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to work with global partners.
• Hands‑on experience applying AI to finance use cases (report automation, anomaly detection, text processing, document archiving) – preferred.
• Experience in fast‑paced international organisations, especially internet/media/TMT – preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA – preferred.
