Senior FP&A Analyst

About the role

Ingram Micro's Finance team supports the business through forecasting, planning, reporting and performance analysis, helping leaders make informed decisions. As a Senior FP&A Analyst in Singapore, you will support financial planning, forecasting, reporting and business performance analysis across the organization, working closely with the Finance Manager, CFO, business leaders and regional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning to support business objectives
• Analyze business performance, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to leadership
• Prepare and monitor weekly flash forecasts, monthly forecasts, annual budgets and long-range planning
• Partner with business unit leaders to improve forecast accuracy and run monthly and quarterly business reviews
• Support month-end and year-end closing, including P&L, balance sheet and working capital analysis
• Deliver reporting on revenue, gross profit, operating expenses, operating income, CAPEX and working capital
• Collaborate with regional FP&A teams to standardize reporting and improve data consistency
• Contribute to finance transformation and business improvement projects

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance or a similar finance business partnering role
• CFA is advantageous
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
