About the role

FACTS GLOBAL ENERGY (FGE) is seeking a Senior Gas/LNG Market Analyst to join its Singapore Gas/LNG team. You will lead the production of forward‑looking market research, delivering commercial insights that help clients navigate the evolving energy landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and steer research topics, producing timely and comprehensive analyses of natural gas and LNG market developments.
• Deliver commercially relevant insights through written reports and client presentations.
• Mentor junior analysts, enhancing their understanding of LNG markets and sharpening their analytical and communication skills.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of supply‑and‑demand models for downstream gas and power markets.
• Gather and integrate quantitative and qualitative data to ensure accuracy and relevance of analyses.
• Support bespoke consulting projects and contribute to the expansion of FGE’s research products and databases.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in gas/LNG market analysis or a related energy‑focused research role.
• Proven ability to lead research initiatives and guide junior team members.
• Strong understanding of modelling techniques and data‑driven market forecasting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client‑facing deliverables.
