Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join Bitdeer’s global team. In this role you will act as an employee champion and a change leader, supporting business growth across our diverse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic HR guidance on workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management and organisational development.
• Lead and facilitate change‑management initiatives that support business transformations and growth objectives.
• Identify talent gaps with business leaders and develop solutions such as talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership development.
• Coach managers and employees on HR policies, labour laws, employee relations and performance management.
• Design and implement HR programmes that improve organisational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
• Oversee complex employee‑relations issues, ensuring timely resolution while minimising risk.
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence (Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, etc.) to deliver programmes that meet business needs.
• Analyse HR metrics and trends, preparing reports to inform business decisions and enhance HR practices.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business‑partner capacity within a dynamic organisation.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, labour legislation and best practices.
• Proven ability to influence and build credibility with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience driving change‑management and organisational‑development initiatives.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a learning mindset for navigating complex HR issues.
