Senior HR Business Partner – Regional

About the role

The Senior HR Business Partner provides strategic and operational HR support across Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and India. Partnering closely with business leaders, the role aligns HR initiatives with regional business objectives while ensuring compliance with local employment regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of supported business units and align HR strategies with their goals.
• Advise leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management and change initiatives.
• Partner with local HR representatives to ensure consistent practices and regulatory compliance.
• Handle employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, investigations and conflict resolution.
• Support performance management processes such as KPI setting, reviews and feedback.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with company guidelines and local laws, updating them as needed.
• Drive employee engagement programmes, communication strategies and recognition initiatives.

Required profile

• Self‑driven HR professional with strong learning agility and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to develop a broader regional HRBP capability.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working across multiple Asian markets is advantageous.
