Senior HR Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior HR Recruitment Consultant to join Morgan McKinley’s high‑performing recruitment team. You will work with Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for HR positions and helping candidates progress in their careers.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Promote Morgan McKinley, its services and current opportunities to both clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering excellent service.
• Generate leads, develop a robust pipeline and achieve desk targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to share information and support cross‑selling.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets by setting SMART goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of agency recruitment experience, specialising in HR roles.
• Proven track record of meeting sales‑driven targets.
• Strong problem‑solving, organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, positive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work under pressure.
