Senior Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Senior HR Manager will provide strategic and operational HR leadership to support BeeX’s rapid growth and organisational development. Reporting to the management team, you will lead key HR functions across workforce planning, talent management, compensation, employee engagement and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce planning and recruitment strategies, monitoring KPIs and ensuring effective onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders to design HR blueprints aligned with organisational vision and growth metrics.
• Lead performance management cycles, talent reviews, succession planning and employee development initiatives.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, conduct market benchmarking and ensure internal equity.
• Drive employee engagement, culture‑building activities and change‑management initiatives.
• Manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle, audit workflows and improve service standards.
• Handle employee and industrial relations matters, including grievances, investigations and union interactions.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies and risk‑management frameworks.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organisational Development or related field.
• 3‑5 years progressive HR experience, including at least 1 year of leadership responsibility in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading HR teams and overseeing day‑to‑day HR operations.
• Strong background in employee relations, industrial relations, recruitment and HR operations.
• Solid knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, salary benchmarking and market practices.
