Senior Interior Designer – Hospitality

About the role

Aedas, a leading global architecture and design practice, is seeking a Senior Interior Designer specialized in hospitality. You will lead the design and execution of interior projects, ensuring high‑quality outcomes that align with the firm’s holistic and sustainable approach.

Key responsibilities

• Lead conceptual and detailed design phases for hospitality interiors.
• Develop presentations, renderings, and comprehensive project documentation.
• Coordinate design drawings, specifications, and documentation across multidisciplinary teams.
• Liaise with consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design challenges, and maintain quality standards.
• Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering consistency and design excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on hospitality projects.
• Proven ability to lead design direction, coordinate teams, and manage complex project delivery.
• Deep understanding of materials, detailing, building codes, and interior design principles.
• Excellent decision‑making, communication, and presentation skills, especially under pressure.
