Senior iOS Mobile Engineer – Global Payments

About the role

Join Airwallex’s fast‑growing Payments team in Singapore as a Senior Mobile Engineer focused on iOS. You will help build secure, reliable mobile solutions that enable merchants worldwide to accept payments on the go.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the Airwallex Consumer Wallet (Airi) and other iOS payment applications.
• Develop and maintain enterprise‑grade iOS libraries and mobile‑end solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross‑functional teams to define requirements and technical specifications.
• Own full‑cycle product development, from concept through release and ongoing maintenance.
• Refactor code for optimal maintainability, extensibility, and reusability.
• Ensure high security, reliability, and performance for real‑time transaction scenarios.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Mobile Engineer (iOS) with a strong track record of delivering production‑grade apps.
• Understanding of both iOS and Android native development ecosystems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, global engineering team.
• Passion for fintech and a commitment to delivering secure payment experiences.
