Senior IT Executive – 1 Year Contract, Convertible to Permanent

About the role

We are looking for a Senior IT Executive to provide day‑to‑day technical support across our Singapore office. This is a full‑time, 1‑year fixed‑term contract with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily IT support for hardware, software, network and user issues.
• Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals and basic network connectivity.
• Manage basic Active Directory functions, including user accounts, access permissions and password resets.
• Assist with Sophos Firewall administration and troubleshooting.
• Set up, deploy, maintain and track IT equipment and inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, warranties and support.
• Support employee onboarding/offboarding and escalate complex issues when required.
• Maintain IT documentation and ensure systems remain operational.

Required profile

• Proven experience in providing end‑user IT support in a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and firewall administration.
• Ability to manage equipment inventory and work with external vendors.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, Wi‑Fi and basic networking concepts.
• Sophos Firewall.
• Active Directory.
• Windows OS, hardware, printer and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting.
• IT security fundamentals, equipment deployment and vendor coordination.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from SGD 4,000 to 6,000.
• Full‑time schedule, Monday‑Friday 8:30 am‑5:30 pm.
• Opportunity to convert to a permanent role after one year.
