Senior Legal Consultant

About the role

The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Legal Consultant to provide high‑quality legal advice for indoor LEGO® play attractions across APAC and China. The role supports contract drafting, negotiation and lifecycle management while safeguarding the brand and ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts across manufacturing, procurement, sales and marketing, with a focus on the new factory in Vietnam.
• Ensure legal accuracy, alignment with corporate policies and compliance with internal standards and regional regulations.
• Manage contract lifecycle processes for sales‑related and other agreements in the region.
• Support standardisation and continuous improvement of contracting processes, including playbooks, templates and legal‑tech enhancements.
• Assist with corporate secretarial matters for legal entities across APAC.
• Communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non‑legal stakeholders.
• Contribute to legal‑operations initiatives such as automation, contract analytics and process optimisation.

Required profile

• Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts across multiple legal areas.
• Hands‑on experience with Vietnamese law, including contract drafting and advisory.
• Proven ability to manage contract lifecycle processes.
• Exposure to corporate secretarial matters and entity governance across jurisdictions.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
