Senior Logistics Coordinator – Order Processing (East)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Logistics Coordinator to manage order processing for our East region. The role involves coordinating shipments, handling documentation, and ensuring timely deliveries while working closely with customers and logistics partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and logistics partners via email or phone regarding order requirements and shipment arrangements.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and delivery orders.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods by liaising with customers, warehouse staff, and logistics service providers.
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries and transportation activities to meet customer requirements.
• Perform daily 5S activities to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
• Work effectively under pressure to meet operational deadlines and customer expectations.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Required profile

• GCE O Level or NITEC Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in order processing and customer service.

Required skills

• AWS (Amazon Web Services)
