Senior Logistics Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, hands‑on Senior Logistics Executive to join our growing operations team in Singapore. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods from the warehouse to customers while maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy, safety, and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities such as order picking, packing, labelling and dispatch preparation.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Receive, inspect and organise incoming stock according to inventory procedures.
• Conduct regular stock counts and keep accurate inventory records.
• Maintain proper labelling, organisation and easy identification of warehouse inventory.
• Optimise warehouse space through effective stock organisation and repackaging.
• Prepare shipping, carrier and delivery documentation accurately and on time.
• Deliver goods to customers or business locations, ensuring safe handling and on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections and servicing to keep delivery fleet roadworthy.
• Uphold a clean, organised and safe working environment in line with workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support operational requirements.
• Participate in project‑based initiatives such as warehouse improvements, inventory migration, process optimisation and system implementation.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Good knowledge of inventory management, warehouse processes and logistics operations.
• Valid Class 3 Driving Licence (preferred for delivery duties).
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Team player with a positive attitude and excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physical warehouse environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems.
