Senior Manager, Account Service (Interior Fit-Out)

About the role

Kingsmen is hiring a Senior Manager, Account Service (Interior fit-out) for its Singapore headquarters. The role is permanent and focuses on developing new business, managing key clients and overseeing interior fit-out projects from initial contact through to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and develop professional relationships with prospects and generate new business opportunities
• Identify potential clients and follow up to close sales within assigned segments
• Analyse market conditions, competitor activity and industry trends to shape sales approaches
• Understand clients' needs and prepare customised presentations and quotations
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle and after completion
• Coordinate with factory teams to monitor site progress and ensure timely delivery
• Manage tenders, including submission preparation and tender interviews
• Monitor project progress and keep clients informed of milestones and changes
• Assist in managing scope changes and communicating their commercial implications
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Building or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in building and construction, preferably with furniture and fittings
• Proven experience managing key clients and multiple projects or accounts
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence
