Senior Manager, Communications – East Asia

About the role

The Communications Senior Manager will lead strategic communications for the East Asia region, supporting business objectives through internal and external messaging, issue and crisis management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communications strategies aligned with East Asia goals, incorporating external insights and best practices.
• Lead internal communications initiatives such as town halls, newsletters, and annual sales meetings.
• Manage media relations and external inquiries across East Asia markets, supporting brand campaigns.
• Oversee issue and crisis communications, coordinating with the company‑wide crisis team.
• Collaborate with commercial, cross‑functional, and global communications teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of communications experience.
• Strong storytelling, writing, and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience working in multicultural, multi‑market environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
