Senior Manager, CORE / Technology

About the role

Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business, is looking for a Senior Manager, CORE / Technology for its PWMS site in Singapore. The role leads the deployment and sustainment of the CORE operating system, drives the site's maturity in efficiency, predictability and process control, owns the CORE Maturity Assessment and the site's multi-year technology roadmap, and chairs the site capital plan. It reports to the Associate Director, Operations & CORE.

Key responsibilities

• Own the execution of the PWMS CORE strategy over several years, setting 1-2 year tactical plans, processes and standards.
• Govern the CORE Council, set its cadence and standards, and develop site CORE standards and governance processes.
• Own the CORE Maturity Assessment: scoring, reporting, progression and holding process owners accountable for closing gaps.
• Collaborate with the Digital Technology team and the Singapore Technology Accelerator to deploy digital solutions and automation.
• Prioritize and sponsor technology and automation opportunities (robotics, machine connectivity, applied AI, predictive maintenance).
• Chair the multi-year capital plan and its execution through the REPM gated process, with delegated gate-approval authority.
• Build business cases, funding and ROI tracking, present them to US FMC Senior Director level, run post-investment reviews and manage budgets.
• Represent PWMS to the US FMC business domain on CORE, technology and capital matters.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of experienced professionals, with hiring, promotion and reward authority.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another STEM discipline with at least 10 years' relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 7 years.
• At least 5 years leading teams and driving change or transformation in operations, manufacturing engineering or continuous improvement.
• CORE / ACE accreditation or Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), with a track record of operating-system deployment.
• Proven ability to govern a maturity assessment or audit framework and to drive change at pace with senior stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

• Aerospace or regulated manufacturing experience (AS9100, NADCAP).
• Experience deploying an enterprise operating system (CORE, ACE or equivalent) at site level.
• Familiarity with RTX I4.0 / Smart Factory standards and stage-gate capital processes such as REPM.
• Experience across multiple sites or geographies, including US-based business units.
