Senior Manager, Group Pharmacy

About the role

SingHealth is looking for a dynamic Senior Manager to join the Group Pharmacy team and support the Group Chief Pharmacist. This position will drive strategic pharmacy initiatives across SingHealth institutions, contributing to the growth and development of pharmacy services and the workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, development and implementation of strategic workplans and projects across the cluster.
• Conduct needs analysis to align workplans with SingHealth and Ministry of Health priorities.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders, including pharmacy leaders, to gather input and ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and leverage synergies with partners to maximise impact.
• Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators, work instructions, procedures and prepare reports, proposals and presentations.
• Oversee department‑level meetings, events and retreats, driving innovation and process improvement.
• Plan and oversee annual budget submission, monitor finances and allocate resources for projects.
• Provide guidance for new initiatives, manage change resistance and support seamless implementation of new workflows.
• Supervise, coach and develop pharmacy staff, fostering teamwork and professional growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience in administration and project management, preferably in healthcare.
• Minimum 2 years of team supervision experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Analytical thinker capable of working independently under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
