Senior Manager, HPC AI Sales

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Senior Manager for HPC AI Sales in Singapore. The role is designed as onsite, with the expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office. You will lead a group of sales professionals and drive revenue growth, market share and business expansion in the HPC and AI vertical.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for business growth, company market share and revenue increases
• Set quotas and goals for the organization and develop tactics to generate new sales
• Coordinate all sales activities in the area of control and provide input on sales strategy, cost optimization and pipeline management
• Ensure optimal sales coverage through direct and partner sales resources and different routes to market
• Develop sales resources and management talent, and implement master pipeline management
• Build consultative, solution-selling relationships with customers and use the Account Business Planning process for long-term growth
• Manage the resource plan and staffing of the country sales team, balancing short-term and long-term planning
• Represent the company on global accounts and engage Global Business Unit teams, channel partners and alliance partners
• Provide external leadership to the industry, community and press, and demonstrate thought leadership on applying technology to new business problems

Required profile

• University or bachelor's degree; advanced degree or master's preferred
• 5-10 years of sales and progressive management experience
• 10-15 years of industry experience
• Demonstrated results in growing a business or expanding a market
