Senior Manager, HR Business Partner

About the role

Surbana Jurong is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and drive people strategies that support performance and growth across engineering, architecture and infrastructure businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organisational priorities, workforce planning and succession.
• Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning and talent mobility initiatives.
• Drive performance management, learning and development, and talent development programmes.
• Advise on compensation, benefits, market benchmarking and incentive programmes.
• Provide employee‑relations guidance, manage investigations and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Lead HR projects, change‑management programmes and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR business partnering in a multinational or large organisation.
• Experience in engineering, architecture, infrastructure or related sectors is highly regarded.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior leaders.
