Senior Manager, HR Technology

About the role

The Senior Manager, HR Technology COE leads strategic planning and implementation of HR digital initiatives, driving process re-engineering and innovative digital solutions that improve efficiency across the HR community and ensure adoption of system enhancements. The role acts as a trusted technology partner and strategic advisor, turning complex business challenges into technology solutions and product roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business problems into technology product roadmaps and lead evaluation and selection of HR technology solutions, including internal and external AI tools
• Design solutions and proposals that use automation and AI-driven insights, and champion continuous improvement
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI integration, evaluate available AI tools, and partner with HR leaders to redesign processes for AI enablement
• Streamline HR processes with self-service tools and workflow automation, and deploy reporting frameworks that identify trends and predict outcomes
• Set up advanced analytics and AI governance, and use AI-driven analysis to monitor employee engagement
• Lead deployment of systems projects, oversee SuccessFactors optimisation, and advance automation, AI and predictive insights
• Lead change management and training so users adopt systems effectively

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in an HR / HRIS / operations function
• Proven experience in large-scale, enterprise-wide implementations and optimisation of employee databases
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage vendors and collaborate across functions

• Extensive SAP SuccessFactors expertise across Employee Central, Time Off, PMGM, LMS, RCM, Reporting and more
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Automation and analytical tools such as RPA, Power Automate and Power Query
