Senior Manager – Innovation Hub (Digital Adoption & Communications)

About the role

The Senior Manager / Manager, Innovation Hub – Digital Adoption & Communications drives VITAL’s digital transformation and AI adoption by raising awareness, encouraging uptake, and ensuring effective use of digital and AI tools across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted communications, engagement activities and outreach programmes to promote digital and AI initiatives.
• Translate complex digital and AI concepts into relatable use cases, success stories and practical examples.
• Engage users and stakeholders to identify adoption barriers, gather feedback and improve the user experience.
• Support change‑management efforts by designing and delivering communication, enablement and training activities.
• Build and sustain peer‑learning platforms that foster knowledge sharing, grassroots innovation and continuous learning.
• Curate and disseminate best practices, use cases and lessons learned to boost digital confidence.
• Monitor adoption metrics, user feedback and engagement insights to evaluate programme effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with business units, technology teams, vendors and other stakeholders to coordinate adoption activities and ensure successful delivery of Innovation Hub programmes.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or coursework in Communications, Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Organisational Development, Digital Transformation or a related field (advantageous).
• 3‑5 years of experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, change management, user adoption, community management or digital enablement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex digital and AI concepts.
