Senior Manager – Integrated Outreach (East) – 1‑Year Contract

About the role

The Health Promotion Board is seeking a dynamic senior manager to lead the Integrated Outreach East initiative. You will operationalise a community‑centric health approach that transforms neighbourhoods into health‑promoting ecosystems, partnering with healthcare clusters and local community leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout of the Healthy Living Environment (HLE) initiative across the assigned eastern region, adapting national standards to local contexts.
• Partner with grassroots advisors, healthcare clusters and community organisations to co‑create neighbourhood‑level activities, deliver training and build capability.
• Coordinate community and regional health programmes, using data insights to target high‑need groups and connect residents to healthy‑living assets.
• Monitor ground‑level progress, gather feedback from residents and stakeholders, and work with data teams to continuously improve impact measurement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community engagement, partnership management or public‑health programme implementation.
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Resilient, adaptable and able to work under pressure in fast‑paced, matrixed environments.
• Analytical mindset with basic data analysis and evaluation capabilities.
