Senior Manager - Luxury, Lifestyle & FMCG

About the role

Sia is a global management consulting group founded in 1999, offering strategy and management consulting across more than 40 sectors and services. As Senior Manager - Lifestyle and FMCG at Sia Partners Singapore, you will lead the firm's growth in these sectors, expand the client base, recruit talent, and shape the direction of the practice. The role covers business development, sales, client relationship management, project delivery and governance for Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements for Lifestyle and FMCG clients, delivering high quality and meeting or exceeding client expectations
• Provide industry insights and strategic guidance on supply chain optimization, digital and data transformation, customer experience and marketing and distribution performance
• Oversee multiple projects at once, supporting team members and keeping them aligned with the firm's goals
• Act as a subject matter expert, contributing to thought leadership and representing the firm at industry events and forums
• Build and expand client relationships, acquire new business and develop and lead commercial proposals to win high-value engagements
• Lead, coach and mentor a team of consultants, set goals, give feedback and foster a high-performance culture
• Contribute to the BU SteerCo and develop both the business and the team

Required profile

• 8 years of management consulting experience, with 4+ years in team management and business development, ideally in Lifestyle and FMCG
• Proven track record in business transformation, including operational excellence, customer experience, digitalization and innovation
• Experience using AI, automation and data-driven strategies to improve and transform businesses
• Strong ability to build and manage C-suite relationships
• Bachelor's degree required; a Master's in Business, Finance or a related field is a plus
• Proven success originating and closing new business and exceeding personal revenue goals
