Senior Manager, Marketing Communications

About the role

The Senior Manager supports the Deputy Director for Marketing Communications in charting IMDA's marketing and communications strategy and orchestrating the delivery of impactful campaigns and outreach for IMDA's policies, programmes and initiatives. The role is based in IMDA's Comms & Marketing Division.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with business and industry communications and internal stakeholders to understand their priorities and design integrated campaigns that drive results.
• Support the Deputy Director in developing and running integrated campaigns across print, digital, social, activations, partnerships and sponsorships to meet programme targets.
• Harmonise plans with colleagues in the Comms & Marketing Division so that IMDA's narratives and campaign messaging are coherent with its intended audiences.
• Use analytics and social listening tools to measure campaign effectiveness, inform policies and initiatives and help nudge behavioural change.

Required profile

• 10 to 12 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business or a related field.
• Experience in infocomm and/or media-related fields is advantageous.
• Adept at managing multiple internal and external stakeholders, including media, creative and digital agencies.
• Purpose-led and passionate about driving results through best-in-class campaigns.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of martech tech stacks and hands-on experience in digital-led marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools for data-driven campaign measurement.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong use of Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
