Senior Manager – Technical Services & Projects

About the role

The Senior Manager will lead regional technical service operations, project delivery, customer success, and product lifecycle support across multiple enterprise technology platforms. This position provides strategic leadership for service excellence, operational planning, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement while ensuring high customer satisfaction and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional technical services and customer support functions, establishing service standards, governance frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Develop and execute service strategies that improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and long‑term growth.
• Oversee business continuity, service reliability, and risk mitigation through proactive planning and resource management.
• Direct planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects, ensuring they are on time, within scope, and aligned with objectives.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Serve as primary escalation point and trusted advisor for key customer stakeholders, facilitating communication between customers, technical teams, product management, and commercial departments.
• Provide leadership for technical support, system maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational performance across enterprise platforms.
