Senior Manager, Vendor Operations and Performance

Key responsibilities

• Drive the end‑to‑end vendor operations strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
• Partner closely with local and regional commercial teams to optimize vendor health, efficiency, and overall satisfaction.
• Collaborate with local markets to understand nuances and tailor performance strategies for vendor onboarding, retention, and engagement.
• Analyze key performance metrics to identify underperforming vendors, develop rehabilitation plans, and implement structured solutions.
• Work with front‑end and back‑end product teams to balance ad revenue, vendor experience, and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in consulting, strategy, vendor operations/onboarding, performance management, or program management, preferably in food delivery, e‑commerce, FMCG, or technology.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently with strong strategic thinking and structured problem‑solving skills to break down complex problems and design scalable solutions.
• Proven expertise in vendor performance management, including scaling operations, driving efficiency, and improving marketplace dynamics.
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, generate actionable insights, and make data‑driven decisions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence product, operations, and market teams.
