Senior Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our Jurong site in Singapore. The role will support the delivery of robust, compliant and sustainable process engineering solutions across new product introductions, technology transfers and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive manufacturing excellence in a fast‑moving pharma environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement effective, efficient and safe process engineering solutions.
• Support site impact assessments, new product introductions and technology transfers.
• Provide technical expertise on process engineering best practices, process safety and sustainability improvements.
• Lead and support site investigations, CAPA activities and change‑control processes.
• Participate in audit preparation, conduct audits and address audit findings.
• Develop technical recommendations for plant modifications, equipment upgrades and process changes.
• Drive standardisation and improvement across value streams to meet quality, EHS&S and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in pharmaceutical or vaccine manufacturing process engineering.
• Proven ability to lead investigations, CAPA and change‑control projects.
• Strong understanding of process safety, EHS&S and regulatory compliance.
• Experience working on new product introductions, technology transfers and sustainability initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
