Senior Marketing Manager – Global Campaigns

About the role

If you are a hands‑on campaign strategist who enjoys turning big‑picture priorities into well‑executed, multi‑channel campaigns, this role is for you. As a Senior Manager for Global Campaigns within Elsevier’s Research Marketing organisation, you will own the strategy and performance of campaigns serving the Academic & Government market, partnering with Audience and Field teams to deliver impactful results.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of global and regional campaigns for priority Academic & Government business areas.
• Act as the primary liaison between Audience, Field and internal Content and Creative teams, turning briefs into clear execution plans.
• Drive campaign strategy, coordinate multi‑channel asset development and ensure localized rollout with field teams.
• Track and analyse campaign performance across awareness, sales and renewal metrics, sharing insights to optimise future initiatives.
• Report campaign results and recommendations to the Director of Global Campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong experience in B2B campaign or demand‑generation marketing.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑channel campaign execution and optimisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Audience, Field and Marketing functions.
• Confident cross‑functional operator who can guide and support junior colleagues.
