Senior Partner Sales Manager, Japan and Korea

About the role

Mixpanel is looking for a Senior Partner Sales Manager to lead and expand its solution partner ecosystem across Japan and South Korea. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Channel & Alliances, APAC, you will drive partner‑sourced pipeline and revenue growth in a high‑growth, commercial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and enable new partner organisations (resellers, agencies, consultancies, system integrators) in Japan and Korea.
• Develop joint go‑to‑market plans and align partners with regional account strategies.
• Generate and manage partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced pipeline, tracking activation milestones and revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate closely with regional Account Executives, Sales leadership and cross‑functional teams to embed partners into target account planning and accelerate deal cycles.
• Own the regional partner business plan, setting clear coverage, pipeline, and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partner or channel sales within the Japanese and Korean markets.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and deep understanding of local partner landscapes.
