Senior Partner Solutions Architect – ASEAN

About the role

The Partner Solutions Architect (PSA) is the technical force multiplier of Elastic’s partner ecosystem, driving growth through system integrators, resellers, MSSPs and cloud providers across the ASEAN region. This pre‑sales position is measured on partner‑sourced pipeline and technical enablement rather than activity volume.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage approved partner deal registrations, run partner‑tailored sales playbooks and help partners attach services to increase deal size.
• Own technical relationships with partners, create and maintain Technical Engagement Plans, and run quarterly read‑outs with stakeholders.
• Co‑architect solution blueprints, reference architectures and reusable demos, and publish joint win stories and blog posts.

Required profile

• 5+ years in technology solutions, practice development, architecture or consulting in security, observability or AI.
• 2+ years of pre‑sales experience, preferably partner‑facing (channel, alliances, SI/GSI or MSSP).
• Professional fluency in English; additional ASEAN language (Bahasa, Thai, Vietnamese) a strong plus.
• Ability to travel up to 40% across the ASEAN region.

• Security operations: SIEM, endpoint security, cloud security.
• Observability: logging, tracing, infrastructure monitoring.
• AI and semantic search concepts: RAG, vector search, NLP.
