Senior / Patient Service Associate - Operations (Clinical Resource Management)

About the role

SingHealth is seeking a Senior / Patient Service Associate to support critical operational development functions within Clinical Resource Management. The successful candidate provides administrative support to the Operations team and contributes to seamless care delivery for patients at NDCS.

Key responsibilities

• Manage dentists' appointment calendars and rescheduling requests, ensuring calendars are created, blocked and rescheduled promptly
• Support day-to-day operations of pre-surgery and listing, including financial counselling, fasting instructions, appointment scheduling and rescheduling
• Coordinate and liaise with clinics across various hospitals on the surgical operation list, including pre-operation evaluations, pre-admission testing and data collection
• Ensure patients' enquiries are handled tactfully and professionally

Required profile

• Diploma in any discipline, GCE 'A' Level, 'O' Level or Higher NITEC in Service Skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Team player with strong communication and administrative skills
• Preferably 2 years' relevant experience; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
