Senior People Development & Strategy Associate

About the role

The Regional People Team partners with the Group President and regional leaders across Asia and LATAM to shape and execute the company’s people strategy. As a senior member of the Learning & Development (L&D) sub‑team, you will drive leadership development initiatives that foster a learning culture and build high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve the overall leadership development strategy, incorporating best‑in‑class practices and emerging technologies such as AI.
• Create, deliver, and manage high‑impact leadership programs for multiple levels across Asia and LATAM.
• Conduct leadership diagnostics, translate business needs into targeted development interventions, and ensure program quality from inception to evaluation.
• Facilitate sessions with senior leaders, ensuring engaging and results‑focused experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience at a top‑tier management consulting or HR consulting firm.
• Strong adaptability, curiosity, and an experimentation mindset, especially with new tools like AI.
• Excellent structured thinking, problem‑solving, and the ability to break down ambiguous challenges.
• Proven facilitation skills and experience working with senior leaders in large, complex organisations.
• High ownership and the ability to lead programs end‑to‑end independently.
