Senior Performance Manager - Paid Media

About the role

Dentsu's Carat brand is looking for a Senior Performance Manager in Singapore to lead and manage a paid media performance portfolio covering Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Programmatic. The role plans and implements paid media campaigns across biddable channels to meet clients' business goals, manages a team of performance specialists and keeps clients' KPIs on track while adhering to deadlines and best practice.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and activate media campaigns across Paid Search, Social, Programmatic and Display, building, managing, optimising and troubleshooting campaigns across the marketing funnel
• Manage and oversee a team of performance specialists, ensuring reports, plans, billings and PCAs are delivered on time and accurate
• Work closely with media vendors and partners, identify alpha/beta tests and keep up with new features and innovations
• Analyse large data sets to provide actionable insights and forecast performance outcomes
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and lead meetings on performance, activation and delivery

Required profile

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in performance marketing roles focused on planning and achieving performance targets
• Proven record with large, complex campaigns
• Strong stakeholder management, client-facing and communication skills, including a high level of English grammar
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and to take initiative
