Senior Physician – Health Assessment Centre

About the role

The Department of Family Medicine & Continuing Care at Singapore General Hospital is seeking an experienced physician to lead and deliver comprehensive health assessments within its Health Assessment Centre.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic investigations.
• Interpret test results and develop personalized healthcare plans for patients.
• Provide medical advice and counseling on health and wellness.
• Ensure adherence to medical regulations, clinical protocols, and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices.

Required profile

• Full registration with the Singapore Medical Council.
• Minimum of 5 years post‑housemanship clinical experience.
• Post‑graduate qualifications such as GDFM or M Med (Family Medicine) are advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and empathy in patient interactions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
