About the role
GlobalFoundries is looking for a Senior Process Integration Engineer for its Technology Development team. The role covers process integration and device development for high-voltage BCD processes, and requires a good understanding of CMOS and high-voltage process schemes and device physics.
Key responsibilities
- Execute engineering splits on development lots
- Perform device testing and generate reports
- Work with failure analysis and reliability testing teams on process and reliability issues
- Own lots while learning the high-voltage-specific process and device development
- Support high-voltage test structure layout and device optimization
Required profile
- Degree or master's in Electrical Engineering, Physics or Materials Science
- 2-3 years of process integration or technology development experience
- Good understanding of CMOS/HV process schemes and device physics
- Exposure to high-voltage device development is an added advantage
- Good communication skills and teamwork
