Senior Product Manager – Pricing

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager on Coupang’s Pricing team, you will design and deliver scalable pricing solutions across millions of catalog items and competitor data. You will work closely with engineering, data science, operations and business stakeholders to protect customer trust and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, roadmap and KPIs for one or more pricing system areas.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, defining requirements, use cases and success metrics.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to improve key business metrics.
• Drive product development with clear objectives, timelines and cross‑functional collaboration, applying rigorous project management.
• Inspire and align teams to realize the product vision across functions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering products.
• Experience in e‑commerce or pricing domains is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in launching and sustaining products and programs.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate ambiguous problems into actionable insights.
• Excellent business acumen, communication and influencing skills.
• Capability to understand technical challenges and make informed trade‑offs.
• History of mentoring junior team members.
• Bias for action and willingness to roll up sleeves.
