Senior Product Specialist - Clinical Sales (Surgeons)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Senior Product Specialist in its MedTech Sales function, specifically in Clinical Sales for surgeons, based in Singapore. The role is commission-based and focuses on driving sales in key accounts while supporting customer relationships and product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned account sales targets in key accounts
• Identify development opportunities and grow unit volume, profitability and market share for target customers
• Build strong customer relationships and provide product support and services to achieve high customer satisfaction
• Improve patient care through in-service education and training where appropriate
• Support sales, marketing and franchise teams and resolve day-to-day business issues collaboratively
• Maintain accurate customer records and timely reports on account information
• Keep product knowledge and selling skills up to date and manage samples and sales-related expenses within agreed forecasts
• Take part in product portfolio management and partner with opinion leaders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Nursing or Business
• 3-5 years of selling experience with a strong sales record; medical device sales experience preferred
• Leadership qualities, ability to handle multiple projects and work in a team and matrix environment
• Cultural sensitivity and willingness to work on weekends
