Job description

About the role

The Senior Production Technician is responsible for operating the production unit, including preparation, charging, temperature control, sampling, and work‑up operations. The role also supports equipment handling and implementation of EBR processes.

Key responsibilities

Operate production unit tasks such as preparation, charging, reaction temperature control, sampling and work‑up.
Implement EBR (Electronic Batch Record) procedures.
Prepare, clean, operate and inspect equipment.
Perform other related work as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or Mechanical related fields.
Strong English and Mandarin communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing production is preferred.
Good computer skills.
Willingness to work shift hours.
