Senior Program Manager - In-Service Products

About the role

Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company, is hiring a Senior Program Manager in Singapore. The role leads large-scale in-service product programs, manages customer support and commercial matters, and works closely with airlines, MROs and service providers. The position is onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large-scale programs from inception to completion, keeping them on plan, schedule and budget, and manage vendors, milestones, budgets and customer commitments
• Identify risks and issues and drive timely resolutions, including resource allocation and contract changes
• Prepare and present value-stream strategies, progress updates and results
• Act as the main interface to airlines, MROs and service providers, representing the customer to Product General Managers and managing escalations
• Communicate delivery commitments and disruptions transparently to customers
• Drive in-service performance metrics (cost, quality, reliability, delivery), lead reliability processes and oversee spare, retrofit and detail parts demand forecasting
• Ensure service engineering execution, technical issue resolution and customer training
• Set pricing parameters and negotiation boundaries, prepare proposals, business plans and statements of work, and manage the contract lifecycle
• Support product roadmaps, field data integration and investment prioritization, and contribute to annual strategic planning

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or a related discipline
• 4+ years of program management experience, preferably in aerospace or complex technical environments
• Strong contract negotiation and program lifecycle management experience
• Ability to travel across the region as needed
• Preferred: experience in aftermarket support, service engineering or reliability management
