Senior Project Manager, Global Security Design & Delivery - APAC

About the role

The Walt Disney's Global Security Design & Delivery (GSDD) provides specialist technical expertise for physical security technology, working with operational Security teams and Security Operations Centres. This office-based role in the Singapore office reports to the Director, Design & Delivery - International and acts as a technical project management lead and subject matter expert for the regional physical security environment. It covers end-to-end delivery of new office and site installations, relocations, lifecycle replenishment, risk remediation and platform management, and oversees the Regional Technical Supervisor and the regional vendor support arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and govern projects: define scope, plans, budgets and timelines, manage changes, and monitor progress
• Lead the design and deployment of security platforms and systems across APAC, with oversight of commissioning and technical sustainment
• Manage stakeholder relationships, cross-functional teams and vendor performance against service levels
• Manage project budgets, CAPEX, forecasts and procurement, and prepare rough order of magnitude costings and technical proposals
• Identify and mitigate risks, set quality standards, oversee testing and commissioning, and maintain security system governance
• Maintain documentation and reporting, run post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Technical Project Management or a related field
• At least 5-10 years of experience in an IT role, with experience designing and architecting security packages including CCTV, access control and intruder alarm platforms
• Willingness to travel and be on-call, available for emergencies

Required skills

• Solid working knowledge of IT infrastructure, operating platforms and software
• Project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum and Waterfall, and tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira and Trello
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills
• Certification in LENEL or GENETEC is a plus
