Senior QA Analyst – Mobile & Web Automation

About the role

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a passionate Senior QA Analyst to lead quality assurance for its Smart IR platform. The role focuses on both manual and automated testing of mobile and web applications, helping the team shift toward a scalable, automation‑driven practice.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute automated and manual test cases for mobile and web applications.
• Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks, scripts and reusable components.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke and UAT testing across releases.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Identify, document, prioritize and track defects using defect management tools.
• Produce clear test documentation, reports and automation results.
• Collaborate with developers, designers and product managers to ensure high‑quality releases.
• Troubleshoot testing and production incidents and support resolution.
• Continuously improve QA workflows, automation strategies and testing efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC standards and regulatory requirements such as SOX and GRA.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Hands‑on experience with test automation for web and/or mobile applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with attention to user experience.
