Senior Recruiter – GTM Hiring (ASEAN)

About the role

As a Senior Recruiter focused on GTM hiring across the ASEAN region, you will act as the subject‑matter expert for recruiting senior sales talent. You will guide hiring managers, deliver a top‑notch candidate experience, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality hires.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing, recruiting and hiring senior sales professionals (individual contributors and management) across a wide range of GTM roles.
• Managing the full hiring lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the process.
• Tracking and reporting on candidate pipelines and hires against quarterly and yearly targets.
• Collaborating with business units globally to act as a trusted advisor.
• Driving employee referrals and meeting acquisition targets.
• Contributing to an engaging and upbeat working environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior recruiter or talent acquisition partner, preferably in sales or GTM hiring.
• Strong knowledge of full‑cycle recruiting and headcount planning.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.
