Senior Recruitment Consultant – HR Recruitment

About the role

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead HR recruitment for Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients in Singapore. You will join a high‑performing, energetic team, manage a warm desk and drive end‑to‑end recruitment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and manage candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process.
• Promote Morgan McKinley, its services and opportunities to candidates and clients.
• Act as a career partner, aligning candidate aspirations with client needs.
• Generate leads and build a strong pipeline to meet desk targets.
• Collaborate with team members and cross‑sell services across the business.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets by setting SMART goals.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, delivering excellent service.
• Build specialist talent pools and contribute to marketing initiatives such as blogs and events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment consultancy experience in an agency, sales‑driven environment, focusing on HR roles.
• Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets.
• Strong problem‑solving, inquisitive and resourceful mindset.
• Excellent organization, multitasking and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated professional with a positive attitude and team‑player mentality.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, confidence and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
