Senior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Allied Search is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join its central Singapore office. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities, supporting both clients and candidates throughout the hiring journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and candidate sourcing to job order fulfilment and post‑placement support.
• Deliver permanent recruitment solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
• Provide professional advice to clients and candidates on the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between clients and candidates.
• Negotiate salary offers on behalf of both parties.
• Post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract qualified talent.
• Conduct reference and background checks.
• Handle ad‑hoc recruitment assignments as required.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: Diploma in any field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
