About the role

MACI is seeking an experienced recruiter specialized in legal, compliance and tax to lead the launch of our Southeast Asia practice. You will operate with full autonomy, shaping the regional footprint while driving your own entrepreneurial success.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through client acquisition and market origination.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of legal, compliance and tax candidates.
• Manage end‑to‑end relationships, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
• Deliver sustainable revenue by converting placements into long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a recruiter in the legal, compliance or tax sectors within Southeast Asia.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to own results and share upside.
• Values‑driven, mature professional comfortable working independently.
