Senior Sales and Business Development Manager - Memory Products

About the role

X-PHY is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Senior Sales and Business Development Manager to drive growth for its Memory Product portfolio across the Industrial, Medical and Automotive sectors in the European and/or US markets for the FLEXXON brand. The role suits a commercially driven leader who opens new doors, wins strategic opportunities and expands market share. It involves finding new business, managing key customers, overseeing distributors and sales representatives and running go-to-market strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire the sales team to hit ambitious growth targets, and build a business growth plan for the three target sectors
• Identify and secure new customers and partnerships, expand into untapped regions and close high-value deals
• Monitor market trends and competitors, and adapt strategy accordingly
• Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling, and keep key stakeholders engaged
• Track sales pipelines, conversion rates and revenue, and present regular business reviews to senior management

Required profile

• Proven track record of revenue growth in the Industrial, Medical or Automotive sectors
• Minimum 10 years' experience in business development, sales leadership or key account management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred
• Familiarity with the memory market and relevant industry experience is a strong advantage
