Senior Sales Executive – Key Accounts (FMCG)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to manage key accounts for a leading Japan‑based baby‑care FMCG company operating across Singapore. The role focuses on driving growth with modern trade, general trade, departmental and specialty baby stores, ensuring the brand’s market presence and sales targets are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key retail partners, including supermarkets, general trade and baby specialty stores.
• Identify growth opportunities through gap analysis, market trends and competitor benchmarking.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations on product mix, pricing, promotions and shelf visibility.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create account‑specific growth plans.
• Plan and execute promotions, POS material placement and planogram compliance.
• Coordinate stock transitions for new product launches and ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Monitor competitor activities and relay insights to adjust strategies.
• Work cross‑functionally with Finance, Operations and other internal teams.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably handling supermarket, general trade or departmental store channels.

Required skills

• Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and trends.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in planning and executing retail promotions and stock management.
